5 Places I Want To Travel To

Saturday 25 April 2015

So this week I thought I’d do this small post as I have exams coming up and I haven’t got as much time to write blog posts so I thought I’d do something quite simple but still quite interesting, I really want to travel and explore the world so I thought I’d do this post on some places that I really want to travel to these are just a few of the many places I want to travel to.

1.So the first place that I really want to travel to is Rome in Italy, for a couple of years now I’ve had this obsession of wanting to go to Rome, I want to see the coliseum. And just experience the country and try the food. It looks like a beautiful county and I would love to go there and experience it.

2.  The second place I want to go to is LA in America. Again this is another place that I’ve been dying to go to and recently my erg to go has been even stronger lately after some YouTubers (Oli White, Joe Sugg and Will Darbyshire) went for a couple of weeks after playlist and again It just looks so nice, I’d love to go to Venice beach and go to Santa Monica Pier it’s just one of those places that you’d want to go for like 3 weeks and just stay there and never come back.

3. Another place I want to visit is Greece, now I’ve been to Greece once before (I went to Kos) and I loved it but I’d love to go to a different area in Greece and experience more, last time I loved the food loved the culture and it was just a fun experience so this is definitely a place I’d love to go back too but maybe next time I’d love to go to Zante.

4. This one is definitely won’t happen anytime soon but Australia is a place I really want to visit. When I was younger my Mum, Dad and I almost moved to Melbourne and ever since we didn’t move there I’ve always had a fascination of wanting to go there. I mean there’s just so much to do and see it would be a great adventurous holiday that would be an experience of a life time but not sure if I could handle a 24 hour flight.

5. And the final place I want to visit is Paris in  France which isn’t too far from England and not too expensive so maybe this could be a trip coming up over the next few years. But I think that I’d love to go in the future with a future boyfriend/ husband but I would love to again experience the sights like the Eifel Tower and try some of the food whilst spending some time shopping and exploring.

So these are some of the places that I really want to experience and travel too, this is just a few out of the many places I’d love to go to there’s so many more places in America that I would love to see and in Europe, but one thing that’s exciting is in October I’m doing a two week cruise which is going to go to places in both Spain and Portugal which I’m very excited for since I love to travel. Have any of you guys been to these places if so what are they like? And what are some of the places you’d like to travel in the world?

Beauty Fashion And Home Haul

Saturday 18 April 2015

So I’ve been doing more shopping and I’ve bought some home, beauty and fashion items so I thought I would do a haul again of the things I’ve bought from Ikea, Newlook, Boohoo, Superdrug and Boots.

So the first thing I bought was this silver lamp it’s bendable so you can direct light to certain areas and it’s just such a nice lamp which I was in need of, the lamp was £15 but you had to buy the LED bulb separately so all together it came to £20 and this lamp is called Forsa.

The next thing I bought was this beautiful white lantern candle holder which has star cut out on the top with stars on the glass panels it’s just so cute and I love candles and it was only £2 so I thought why not add some more decoration to my room.  This holder is called Rotera.

Another candle holder I bought was this white patterned holder, I bought this to use as anything other than a holder for candles so instead this sits on my desk and holds some body shop lip balms and a couple of Lush Charity Pots. This is called Skurar, which cost £1.90.

And of course I bought three candles because I absolutely love Ikea candles so I ended up buying two vanilla scented candles as well as an orange scented candle. the candles are called Sinnlig and cost 95p each and they come in many scents.

From boots I bought two lipsticks, the first lipstick I bought was the Kate Moss Matte Lipstick in 111 Kiss Of Life I love the Kate Moss range lipsticks by rimmel and when I bought this lipstick along with the other I got on special and I paid £10 for the two.

The second lipstick I bought was just one of the Rimmel lipsticks in the shade 058 Drop Of Sherry.

From Superdrug I ended up buying these two Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Nail Polishes in the colours Full Throttle (left) and Pole Position. (Right) I got these for £6 in a deal that Superdrug have on.

Another item I bought from Superdrug was the Fudge Urban Iced Raspberry & Vanilla Hair Spray, which I also got on special and this was £4.

Onto Fashion I ordered some clothing from Boohoo, I got this Black vest with the peace symbol on it, this was £6.

I also bought another top from Boohoo which was £12 and it’s a plain Black oversized t-shirt unfortunately I couldn’t actually find it to take a picture of.

From Newlook I bought this black and white striped shirt, this was £20.

I also bought a vest top for the summer, which is a white-laced vest with shoestring straps, and this was £9.

So this is everything I’ve bought recently. I hope you guys liked it and I’ll post again next weekend.

Lush Easter Haul

Saturday 11 April 2015

So last week my mum gave me some money to buy some stuff for Easter and I thought well why not spend it in Lush since last year I got some really nice stuff from there. So I ended up in total spending about £20.

The first thing I bought was the Bunch Of Carrots Bubble Bar these are part of their Easter range these cost £5.95. You get three carrots and each one last quite a long time. I bought these last year and I absolutely love them so I had to get them again.

The next thing I bought is the Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb this was £2.95 again I bought this last year and fell in love with it, it’s probably one of the sweetest things I’ve bought from Lush and it smells like snow fairy it’s amazing!

Another thing I bought was the Golden Egg Bath Bomb, this is a new purchase so I’ve never tried it but from a first impression it smells nice and it’s very glittery. And this was £3.75.

The last thing I bought from the Easter collection in Lush was the Hoppity Poppity again this is a new purchase and from a first impression it’s so adorable with the way it looks and again it smells very nice and this was £2.50.

This next product is a one I’ve been wanting for so long but have never bought and this is the Blackberry Bath Bomb I’ve never tried it but it smells amazing! This was £3.25.

And the final thing I bought was another Bath Bomb, which is Space Girl. I’ve seen this every time I’ve gone in the shop and I can’t wait to use it. This was £2.35.

So this was everything I bought from Lush for Easter, have any of you tried these products if so what’s your favourite? And I’ll post again next week.

The Spring Tag

Saturday 4 April 2015

So I found this post on Hey Sparkle  and I thought I’d do this as well so here is The Spring Tag. I hope you guys enjoy.

1. What are you looking forward to the most in Spring?
I’m most excited for it to warm up but with the way the weather is at the moment I feel like it’s never going to warm up, but I’m also looking forward for the lighter mornings and lighter evenings It makes it more comforting for walking from college on my late finishes.

2. What's your favourite thing about Spring?
I love the change in mood everyone seems to seem somewhat happier since the weather starts to change and the flowers and trees all starting to come to life again

3. What is your go to Spring makeup look?
My spring make up look is just really fresh and natural looking and foundation will be dewy with a nice light pink lipstick or lip-gloss, I tend to go for lip-glosses in the spring because I find it looks quite cute and fresh looking especially after wearing a lot of dark berry colours on my lips for the majority of the winter.

4. What are some of your favourite clothing items for Spring?
I usually like to wear white tops or nice grey top/ jumpers with jeans but I also like to start wearing denim jackets during this time but sometimes a leather jacket and hoodie if it’s raining and a bit cold!

5. Favourite shoes for Spring?
Converse or Vans I would love to get myself a nice pair of flats but I think you can’t go wrong with converse they go with everything.

6. Favourite Spring drink?
I don’t tend to change my drinks for spring but I do love summer fruits, tropical juice and the raspberry and apple juicy water they’re amazing!

7. Bright neon or pastel nails?
Pastels all the way I’m not a fan of neon colours, I don’t like bright colours and I tend to go for monochrome colours or dark colours so pastel is a nice in-between so it’s not too ‘in your face’

8. Favourite flower in spring?
I quite like tulips but my favourite flowers are orchids but it’s not really a spring flower is it?

9. Favourite perfume for Spring?
I love the Marc Jacobs Daisy but I also love The Body Shop Japanese Cherry Blossom Fragrance Spray it’s such a gorgeous scent so fresh and florally.

10. Favourite hairstyle for Spring?
I don’t tend to do much with my hair so I usually just straighten it or I’ll like get my front parts of my hair and pull them back and pin them back and leave the rest of my hair down.

So this was my spring time tag answers, I tag any of you to do it, if you end up doing this then leave a link in the comment and I’ll read some of them, I hope you guys liked it I’ll post again next week.
